Adopt ordinance to participate in the OPEB Trust under the Florida Municipal Pension Trust.

 

Description of Action

To participate in the OPEB Trust, to hold City’s assets contribute to retiree health insurance benefits which is part of the require compliance of GASB 45.  If not, the City will have to establish a new Board and hire investment managers.  Please also see staff memo
